300 gr. zahar pentru caramelizat
5 galbenusuri, 500 ml lapte, 6-8 linguri zahar, 4 linguri faina, vanilie dupa gust, 200 gr unt nesarat
4 linguri zahar, 3 linguri apa, 2 linguri cacao pudra, 4 galbenusuri, 2 linguri unt

Method of preparation:
9 albusuri se bat bine cu 18 linguri zahar puse pe rind, 9 linguri apa fierbinte puse pe rind, se adauga 9 linguri nuca macinata amestecata cu 9 linguri faina. Se amesteca toate usor si se coc 3 foi.
Pe fiecare foaie se toarna un strat de zahar caramelizat (cam 300gr de zahar)
5 galbenusuri se amesteca cu 500ml lapte (jumatate de litru), 6-8 linguri de zahar, 4 linguri de faina si vanilie dupa gust. Se fierb la foc mic pina se ingroasa si se lasa sa se raceasca complet. cind e rece se adauga 200 gr unt.
4 linguri de zahar , 3 linguri de apa , 2 linguri de cacao se amesteca si se fierb pe foc. Cind se ia de pe foc se adauga 4 galbenusuri , se amesteca rapid si bine, si se mai adauga unt cit o nuca (vreo 2 linguri).

Crema se pune intre foi si deasupra la prajitura se pune glazura.

Method of preparation

La prajitura se folosesc 3 blaturi.

Blatul 1: Albusurile se bat bine cu cele 3 linguri de zahar, apoi se adauga galbenusurile, se cerne faina cu bicarbonatul si se adauga si nuca, se amesteca bine si se coace in tava unsa cu ulei si tapetata cu faina.

Aceasta operatiune se face de 3 ori sa iasa 3 blaturi,cand sunt coapte se pun una langa alta pe 2 blaturi se pune glazura din zahar caramelizat iar pe un blat se face glazura de ciocolata si se orneaza cu bombonele sau nuca.

Crema: 5 oua intregi se pun in bain mare cu, 250 gr zahar si se fierbe pana ii gros ca si maioneza amestecandu-se incontinu, cand sa racit se bate bine cu mixerul cu 250 gr rama sau (eu folosesc wiessana cu gust de vanilie la pachet)cu crema obtinuta se umple cele 2 foi si deasupra se pune cea cu glazura de ciocolata.

Prăjitura Petre Roman

După cum știe toată lumea, Petre Roman a avut nenumărate fane în zilele lui de glorie. Atât de tare l-au îndrăgit încât au inventat un desert care îi poartă numele. Ce să îți spun, chit că dânsul este sau nu pe gustul tău, prăjitura aceasta va deveni cu siguranță una din preferatele tale. Să o facem!

Se începe, desigur, cu blatul. Puteți proceda în 2 feluri: 1. coaceți un blat și îl tăiați în 3 blaturi mai subțiri. 2. Împărțiți ingredientele la 3 și coaceți fiecare blat separat.

Separă albușurile de gălbenușuri. Bate albușurile, adăugând un praf de sare până obții o spumă tare. Adaugă încet cele 150 g de zahăr și laptele. După aceea adaugă aceleiași compoziții găbenușurile, făina și nuca. Ultimul pus e praful de copt, mai amestecă un pic și toarnă compoziția pentru blat în tavă.

Dă la cuptor pentru 20 minute sau până când aluatul nu se mai lipește de scobitoare.

Între timp apucă-te de cremă. Bate gălbenușurile cu zahărul și cu zahărul vanilat, apoi cu laptele și cu budinca de vanilie. Toate acestea se amestecă într-o crăticioară medie și se fierb până obții o cremă densă și omogenă.

Separat, se bat 200 g unt cu 100 g zahar pudra si cateva picaturi de extract de vanilie. Între timp bate bine untul până devine păstos și când crema s-a răcit, încorporează-l în ea.

Glaze se face simplu: combină toate ingredientele într-o crăticioară, la foc mic, până obții o cremă omogenă.

Topește și cele 300 g de zahăr tos, la foc mic: așa vei însiropa blatul.

Pregătește primul blat, peste care pui jumătate din crema de vanilie. Pune blatul al doilea și toarnă deasupra caramelul fierbinte. Când se răcește, pune deasupra cealaltă jumătate din crema de vanilie și ultimul blat deasupra.

Toarnă deasupra glazura fină de ciocolată și niveleaz-o cu o spatulă sau cu un cuțit cu lama lată.

Vestea proastă e că trebuie să lași prăjitura la rece pentru câteva ore bune – chiar și 24 dacă ai răbdare – pentru a-i permite caramelului să însiropeze blatul.
