Papanas preparation recipe
I put the cheese on the grater, I added eggs (from my "ladies") beaten well with salt powder, flavors and flour sifted and mixed with baking powder and semolina, and I kneaded a dough (I do not know how I made dough, because you know that I don't like to do something like that ... shame on me) elastic and non-sticky. I cut it into pieces 2 cm wide, with the help of a thin knife, passed through the flour, before each cut.Mamaaaaaaaaaa, how easy, and how much talk ... I made a central hole for each dough ring with my index finger passed through the flour, from a piece of dough I made some spheres, equal in number to the dough rings. In a pan I poured enough oil, I let it heat well, I fried the papanas and the donuts, on both sides, until nicely browned, I attached a donut to each papana, from another 'and the word of sweetness.
