Start cooking the gnocchi as usual, then drain it and toss it with the tomato sauce. Finally, transfer it to a baking dish with butter. Put it with pieces of fresh mozzarella, some grated Parmesan, and maybe a fresh basil cream. Then bake everything until the cheese melts and moves gently. Cer.


Tortellini with Tomato Sauce and Pancetta

Boil the tortellini according to the instructions on the package. These are boiled when you start making the sauce.

Separately prepare the sauce as follows:
Put the olive oil on the fire. When the oil is hot, add the onion. Let the garlic fry for 1-2 minutes, then add the garlic. Let the onion and garlic fry for a few minutes, then add the smoked pancetta.

After frying for a few minutes, add salt and pepper together.

After the salt and pepper, add the tomato sauce. And immediately after the tomato sauce, add 250 ml of water. Add the teaspoon of sugar and the bay leaf, broken and put the lid on the pan and let it boil, until it drops more than half.

After the sauce has dropped enough, turn off the heat and set aside until the tortellini are cooked (if they have not already been cooked). To make sure that the sauce is ready, check that it has a dense consistency, which is left behind by the water that has evaporated.

Once cooked and tortellini, put over the sauce. Mix well, so that the sauce reaches each piece. Before serving, you can sprinkle with cheese, if not, they are very good and without.

They are also good in the version with gorgonzola, that slightly moldy cheese, melted a little butter, add boiled gnocchi and gorgonzola sauce (put the cheese in a saucepan with a little sweet cream or milk, heat until it melts and put it over the gnocchi)

anca, peste gnocchi merge orice sos care ar merge si peste paste, de la sosul alb de care zicea cornelia, pana la sosul simplu de rosii cu mozzarella, sos de branza, ragu.

* mariana, in Italia, gnocchi cei mai cautati sunt cei congelati, din comert. Ei ii rastoarna asa, congelati, in apa care clocoteste, ii fierb ca pe orice paste, ii strecoara si ii servesc la fel, cu sosurile obisnuite pentru paste. Mie insa mi-au placut cel mai mult simpli, doar stropiti cu ulei de masline si presarati cu parmezan ras. Amuzant mi s-a parut ca unul dintre prietenii nostri italieni avea mereu probleme cu sotia pentru ca el prefera gnocchi congelati celor preparati de ea, proaspeti. El spunea ca, prin congelare, amidonul din cartofi si faina sufera o transformare benefica pentru gust. Asa ca s-ar putea sa ai o surpriza placuta si sa constati ca e chiar mai bine sa faci mai multi o data si sa-i congelezi.
Daca ai loc mai mult in congelator, poti proceda la fel si cu taieteii de casa (dupa metoda Ioanei : ii lasi sa inghete rasfirati pe o tavita din carton sau plastic, apoi ii pui in pungute de cate o portie).

* ancutza, pentru gnocchi, eu prefer un sos de smantana mai simplu si mai usor (si de pregatit si de digerat) : in putina supa de pui care fierbe intr-o craticioara, torn smantana in care am dizolvat in prealabil o lingura de faina se toarna usor, amestecand intr-una cu telul, evident focul fiind dat la mic. Adaug sare, piper alb si un varf de lingurita de nucsoara. Se fierbe doar foarte putin, 2-3 min, pana incepe sa se lege. Atunci adaug si gnocchi fierti separat si-i mai las pe foc inca 1-2 min. Dupa ce sting focul, adaug 1-2 linguri de parmezan ras. (Este foarte bun si cu cascaval, asa cum iti sugera Ioana, insa eu nu-l folosesc din simplul motiv ca se intinde de la mana pana la gura si ..nu-mi place ). Evident, merge foarte bine si fara parmezan sau cascaval, dar asa e cu adevarat ceva. super. Atentie la sare daca te hotarasti sa pui parmezan este si el destul de sarat!

La aluatul meu ceva nu a iesit bine. Am facut portie dubla( o portie pentru mama) : cartofi cantariti : 2 kg, fierti in coaja si striviti ca si pt piure, 4 oua batute , 2 liguri ulei , sare ,dar faina mi-a luat foarte mult , cred ca am pus 2 kg. Cu 500gr. nu am reusit deloc sa lucrez aluatul mi s-a lipit foarte mult de mana si tot am pus faina. in cle din urma am facut jumatate de aluat si l-am pus la congelat pe tavite, cealalta jumatate am pus-o intr-o folie de plastic la frigider pana mai spre seara ca m-am suparat rau pe el. l-am lucrat foarte greu. Nu inteleg unde am gresit. Acuma sunt curioasa sa vad cum ies. Maine ii fierb si daca sunt buni fac si sosul , daca nu. la revedere .

Ancutza, eu folosesc aprox 500ml supa si un pahar din acela din plastic, din comert, de 4oog de smantana (cu 26% grasime), in care dizolv o lingura ( cu varf) de faina. De obicei, adaug, la sfarsit, dupa ce sting focul, doua linguri de parmezan ras (se gaseste si la pachetele mici, gata ras). Daca ai, pune si un varf de lingurita de nucsoara (de la pliculet, gata rasa) sosul capata asa un gust si o aroma deosebite.

Daca mai e loc de comentarii, eu as adauga ca reusita acestei retete, cel putin in ceea ce priveste gustul dar si consistenta depinde mult de tot de calitatea/soiul cartofilor :italienii prefera mult cartofii care cresc in zonele colinare/montane si pot confirma ca au dreptate !In plus, va asigur ca e mare diferenta daca ai cartofi din soiul ..sa zicem Monalisa sau Kenebek (astia din urma mie nu-mi plac deloc chiar daca sunt uriasi si ai spor la curatat !!) Cantitatea de faina ptr.un kg cartofi poate depasi cele 250 g faina dar inseamna consistenta mai dura la sfarsit . In plus multe retete nu folosesc ulei . si chiar nici ou dar spun ca pentru cartofi nu foarte fainosi, e preferabil sa ii punem la fiert in apa deja fierbinte. Gnocchi se pot congela fara probleme , iar cand se pun la fiert, aveti grija sa micsorati putin focul dupa ce apa sarata da in clocot :ii introduceti si ii lasati la fiert pana se ridica si apa incepe din nou sa clocoteasca .Un mod simplu de ai condimenta este sa turnati peste gnochi fierbinti, unt topit aromatizat cu salvie si parmezan ras .

Nu prea mi-au iesit . Angela spunea ca trebuie sa fie pufosi. ai mei sunt cam tari , de abia intra furculita in ei si i-am lasat mult la fiert, dar se pot manca ( si mai am 3 portii la congelator) cred ca de vina sunt si cartofii , nu au fost fainosi.
Ioana , ti-am spus eu " ce astepti cu drag nu mananci cu dulce" , la fel am asteptat si cu lasagnele . A fost prima data cand am facut aceste doua feluri si de abia am asteptat rezultatul final , sa le infulec , si nu prea mi-au iesit, dar asta e , nu e o tragedie , se intampla si la case mai mari sa nu iti iasa o reteta.
Oricum m-am suparat rau de tot pe gatit si pana imi trece supararea , trec pe cura de slabire pe care o faci si tu , asa ca 13 zile de repaus . Restul familiei sa faca ce vrea .

Ioana, se poate ca eu sa fi folosit Yukon, ca am cautat pe net si semanau, dar la noi in RO nu scrie ce soi sunt, pe plasele mele scrie doar ca sunt pentru prajit, piure sau salate. probabil fiindca eu am luat pentru salate erau fainosi si mi-au iesit gnocchi de fiecare data. prima data sigur am folosit din cei de la bunica mea

deci Anca nu fi suparata, sau ma rog, doar cele 13 zile ca sa poti tine cura si apoi pun poze cu plasutele cu cartofi pe care i-am folosit eu. iar daca slabesc mult fac si o tura de gnocchi sa ai poze. pana atunci tine-te tare, sa vezi ce bine e cand vezi pe cantar cum se duc kg.

o jumatate piept de pui are putin sub 200 gr.
eu ieri am facut 3 jumatati pentru mine si Radu si au cantarit 550 gr, deci daca-ti faci o bucata si jumatate e ok.

asa facem si noi, eu manac vita dar Radu nu prea asa ca am inlocuit cu piept de pui. in ziua in care avem spanac cu o rosie si 2 oua fierte eu inabus spanacul cu rosia si putin usturoi si este mai bun decat fiert simplu, iar ouale le tai deasupra.

la 750 gr cartofi iti trebuie cam 75 gr ou, adica un ou jumate. bati doua oua si cantaresti 75 gr ))) sau poti pune doua oua mici-mici si ai rezolvat problema.
un ou mediu are 50 gr (fara coaja desigur), de acum asa iti poti face calculul.


Se fierb tortellini conform indicatiilor de pe ambalaj. 10 retete cu. capsune Cum sa faci pepite de ciocolata acasa 15 retete cu ton. Redusa . Ingrediente: 250 gr tortellini cu ciuperci 70 gr unt 1 lingurita salvie uscata 3 linguri smantana sare, piper 50 parmezan ras Tortellini se fierb conform indicatiilor de pe ambalaj. Se unge o forma cu unt, se toarna in ea tortellini, ardeii si sosul bine repartizat pe toata suprafata. Reteta Tortellini cu carne, ciuperci, cascaval si sos de smantana. kaizer (sau piept de pui) 150 ml. Se condimenteaza apoi se adauga ulei de masline. Cat fierb pastele pregatim sosul. Se rade branza si se presara dupa 10 minute peste paste. Se topeste untul intr-o tigaie, se adauga salvia, apoi smantana. Se prepara rapid si sunt foarte gustoase. La noi in familie pastele sunt la loc de cinste. Tortellini de casa – Reteta video. Tortellini proaspetete de casa putem prepara foarte usor, din numai cateva ingrediente. Tortellini cu ciuperci si bacon la cuptor.
