RECIPE PREPARATION Baked potatoes:

Baked sweet potatoes

Research shows that people with high cholesterol should limit their intake of saturated fats and salt intake. At the same time, people with high cholesterol should include more fiber and more good fats in their diet. Try this recipe based on sweet potatoes, a food recommended by many nutritionists.

ingredients

800 g small sweet potatoes, peeled
2 tablespoons oil
1 ½ tablespoons flour
½ teaspoon hot pepper flakes, crushed
1 teaspoon fennel seeds, crushed
1 pinch of salt

Method of preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Cut the potatoes into 1.5 cm thick slices and place them in a large saucepan. Cover the potatoes with cold water. Boil them over high heat until boiling. Reduce heat to low heat. Boil them for 3 minutes or until soft, then drain.

Leave the potatoes in the pan over low heat. Boil them, shaking the bowl, for 30 seconds or until the slices dry. Take them out and place them in a tray in which you place baking paper. You sprinkle them with oil. Let it cool for 10 minutes.

Separated. Combine flour, hot pepper flakes, ground fennel seeds and salt in a small bowl. Sprinkle the flour mixture over the potatoes and mix to cover evenly. Spread the potatoes in a tray in a single layer.

Put the tray in the oven for 40 minutes and turn the potatoes on the other side, halfway through the time, until they brown and become crispy.


Baked parsley potatoes

Wash the potatoes very well in cold water, using even a toothbrush, then mix with olive oil, salt, pepper and finely chopped parsley.

Place the potatoes in a baking tray and place the garlic cloves in them.

Put in the preheated oven at 220 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Check with a toothpick if the potatoes are ready, and if some of them are hard inside, leave the tray in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.

They are an excellent garnish for any type of steak or can be eaten as such with a salad.


First we heat the oven. Cut the potatoes into quarters and place them in a hyena bowl greased with oil, along with the other ingredients and mix well.

Put the almonds in a blender with 2 and a half cups of water, which will result in milk. We will pour this milk over the other ingredients, and then we put the dish in the oven until they brown.

After removing from the oven, put the finely chopped garlic cloves. Thus, the potatoes will acquire a special aroma and a slight sweetness.

Do you see how easy it is to prepare this garnish? Minimum time for a delicious recipe baked potatoes.


Potato recipes: Fan potatoes

To prepare fan potatoes we needed:

  • 12 potatoes of the right size
  • a clove of garlic
  • 100 -200 grams of cheese
  • two tablespoons of soft butter (at room temperature)
  • half a bunch of chopped parsley
  • salt

How to prepare baked potatoes:

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Then we cut them into slices, but not at all. Slice them lightly so that the base remains intact. After that, mix the butter with the parsley and salt. We take each potato and grease it with this mixture, including it among the slices. Then, in the created spaces, we put a slice of cheese and a few slices of garlic. We place them in the pan and put them in the oven heated to 180 degrees, for about 50 minutes or until they soften and brown nicely.


Baked potatoes with ham and cheese

Today we will do Baked potatoes with ham and cheese. It is a simple recipe that you can make any day of the week. It has several rows of potatoes, ham and cheese, covered with cream, eggs and a layer of mozzarella, cheddar and emmentaler.

Ingredient:
1 kg of sliced ​​potatoes
500 grams of sliced ​​bacon
4 eggs
200 grams of grated cheese (I have a mixture of mozzarella, cheddar and emmentaler, but you can use as many times as you want, even cheese)
300 grams of sliced ​​cheese
400 ml of cream for cooking
salt and pepper to taste

We start by seasoning the potatoes with salt and pepper.

In a 30 cm tray we start to build the food. Put a layer of potato slices, a layer of bacon and a slice of cheese. We repeat this step twice more.

Put the beaten eggs with the fork, salt and pepper to taste over the cooking cream and mix everything well. Pour the mixture over the potatoes. Put the grated cheese on top.

Bake the potatoes at 200 degrees Celsius for about an hour, or until the potatoes are fully cooked and nicely browned on top.

Look how good it looks! All the layers look so good. The cooking cream formed a sauce that covered the potatoes. It is an absolutely delicious food that you must try.

Baked marinated scallop with potatoes & # 8211 video recipe. Try the simple and delicious recipe for baked pork tenderloin with potatoes and red cabbage garnish! The recipe is presented in video format, step by step, with ingredients per gram, precise cooking times, number of calories / serving.

I believe with all conviction that from the simplest and most accessible ingredients, adding a touch of passion, come out festive dishes that can satisfy the most demanding tastes. This scallop recipe baked pork, cooked with its garnish of potatoes and served (optionally) with another garnish, the hardened red cabbage garnish, demonstrates excellently what I just said. With minimal effort and little expense, I got a fabulous, healthy and colorful meal.

In short, about gaskets and how to prepare

With the potato garnish things are very simple, it is cooked in the oven at the same time as the marinated scallop. If you do not want or do not have in the house sweet potatoes, you can prepare the garnish only from ordinary potatoes, 1.3-1.5 kilograms, it will fit perfectly with baked marinade.

The garnish of hardened red cabbage, however, I cooked separately, on the stove, while the stew and potatoes were cooked. To a large extent, it is similar to the one whose recipe I published here. It remains for you to decide whether to make red cabbage next to your baked marinade or not. I say that it fits perfectly and good value preparation in a brilliant way. It's spicy, a little sour from the red wine, aromatic, no need of any kind of pickles next to the oven in the oven. It is possible, however, that everyone has other preferences.

In short, about the marinated scallop

For this recipe, the most handy approach was to use the marinated scallop from Comte. In all honesty, I can say that I grew up with this brand. During my childhood, I think a quarter of the population of Timisoara worked there. I have full confidence in their products and I use them with joy, as I did at pork burger recipe or the skewer with sausages and mushrooms. They are honest products, 100% natural, made from meat from pigs raised in Romania.

Of course, if you have nowhere to buy this product, you can cook this marinated scallop recipe in the oven, but you will need an extra operation, marinating. Obviously, the waiting time will be longer, as the meat needs time to marinate. I recommend the spicy rib marinade I used to my recipe for grilled pork ribs. To a large extent, the taste it gives to the ribs is similar to that of the product I use. Be sure to remove the pot from the fridge an hour before cooking! It's a very important detail for any successful steak. You can find the preparation below in video format.


1. Line the oven tray with aluminum foil and grease it with a little oil. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into suitable slices, then grease them with oil, using a kitchen brush.

✽ Useful tip:

For extremely fluffy and tender fried potatoes, boil them after slicing for 4-5 minutes in boiling water, before greasing them with oil.

3. Season them with the mixture of salt, garlic powder, paprika and chili, if you prefer baked potatoes a little faster.

4. Bake the potato slices, placed on the aluminum foil, for about 30 minutes, turning them on the other side halfway through, or after browning.

5. Serve the french fries in the oven exactly as you would serve the classic ones, possibly with one delicious garlic sauce, prepared at home , or with a sauce of healthy, cholesterol-free mayonnaise !
