Melt the yeast with a tablespoon of sugar and a few tablespoons of warm milk, add a little flour and leave the mayonnaise to rise. To the rest of the flour we add the leavened mayonnaise, eggs, the rest of the milk and sugar, the melted butter, the rum essence, the honey, the chopped almonds, the raisins, the beak flakes and the salt. Knead a dough and leave it to rise for an hour. Prepare the shape of small balls (I use a silicone one) by greasing them with oil and let them go in the oven.

After the dough has risen, fill the gugulufi forms and bake for about half an hour. They will grow and go beyond form. They are fluffy and tasty. Ideal for breakfast, served with blueberry jam. Good appetite!
